Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Blended Process Executives for an Australian Insurance Process. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions, assisting customers with insurance-related queries, policy information, renewals, documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Candidates with experience in International BPO, Insurance Process, Customer Support, Blended Process, Voice Process, or Email & Chat Support are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat.
• Assist customers with insurance policy information and service requests.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
