We are hiring a Customer Service & Sales Executive for our American International BPO Inbound Voice Process. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in international customer service, inbound sales, customer retention, or voice process are encouraged to apply.

The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, resolving queries, recommending suitable products or services, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
