About the Company

We are a fast-growing IT software solutions house located in Mohali, dedicated to engineering next-generation cross-platform applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Mobile App Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart. If you are passionate about building pixel-perfect, high-performance apps for both iOS and Android and are available for an immediate in-person assessment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform App Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-fidelity, high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework.
• Responsive UI Development: Translate complex Figma wireframes and UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and interactive mobile interfaces.
• State Management Implementation: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using robust state management patterns (such as Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod).
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, third-party microservices, database structures, and payment gateways into the app core.
• Testing & Optimization: Identify structural bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize app performance, loading times, and animations for a smooth user experience.
• App Store Deployment: Assist in deploying and managing applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Education: B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Core Stack: 1 to 2 years of absolute commercial expertise in Flutter development & Dart programming.
• Technical Competence: Solid understanding of native mobile platforms (Android/iOS configurations), version control tools (Git/GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must be willing to visit our Mohali office for strict face-to-face technical interview rounds.
