Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Executive – Operations for our International BPO in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination, Employee Onboarding, Attendance Management, HR Documentation, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, and HR Compliance.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
• Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
• Conduct induction and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlement.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in International BPO, ITES, Customer Support, Voice Process, Shared Services, HR Operations, Recruitment, or Employee Relations will be preferred.

Experience in companies such as Teleperformance, Concentrix, TELUS Digital, TaskUs, iEnergizer, Tech Mahindra, Foundever (Sitel), Sutherland, Genpact, TTEC, Infosys BPM, Wipro, HCLTech, Conneqt, Firstsource, or similar organizations will be an added advantage.
