The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing state-level hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for state-level client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage client requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Maintain excellent candidate and client relationships.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
