Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT Staffing, sourcing candidates for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions, and working with US clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Recruit candidates for C2C, W2, 1099, and Full-Time positions.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary/rates and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets and client expectations.
