Job Role NMT EngineerJob Responsibility • Reduce Fiber Cuts & Other OSP faults • Ensure close liaison with different agencies on OSP routes ( NHA/Municipal corporation , PWD etc) • Improvement in dark fiber health and ensure Repair and Return process is adhered • Acceptance testing for AT assigned to Ops • Comply to fiber force app tasks( Patroller Attendance, efficiency & trip management) • Ensure fiber readiness for new projects, B2B & MNG • Preventive maintenance of Fiber, Hardware and Infra Monthly • Improvement in Fiber incidents (FC/100 Km wrt Sev score, SFB/100 Km wrt Sev score, Other faults like Connector/Attenuator/PC fault) • MTTR SLA improvement (Fiber cut/SFB/Connector/Attenuator/PC fault/Degrade TT/Auto TT DFR compliance) • Improvement in Preventive TT closure and its SLA complianceQualification 10th + ITI + Min 3 years of Splicing experience10th + Diploma12th + ITI + Min 3 years of splicing experience12th + Diploma 12th + 3 years of splicing experience – okay only for hilly areas like NESAFull Time Graduate (No B.tech)Experience Experienced + Fresher Age 30 yearsSalary Range As per RFGLocation: Tirupati
