🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
* Manage Google Search campaigns, including keyword research, search-term analysis, match types, negative keywords, ad copy, bidding, and budgets
* Manage Meta campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Conversions, Messages & Sales
* Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and audience testing
* Test ad creatives, copies, headlines, and CTAs
* Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate & ad spend
* Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
* Set up and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Events & UTM parameters
* Work with landing page/website teams to improve conversion rates
* Prepare campaign performance reports and communicate insights
* Manage advertising budgets efficiently
* Conduct competitor and market research and test new campaign strategies
✅ Required Skills
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
* Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
* Good understanding of Google Search Ads and keyword-based lead generation
* Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
* Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
* Knowledge of GA4, GTM & conversion tracking
* Understanding of Meta Pixel & Events Manager
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
