In this position, you will work on the showroom floor, welcoming esteemed walk-in clients, introducing them to our premium gold, diamond, and festive jewellery collections, and ensuring an exquisite, trustworthy shopping experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet visiting patrons and actively understand their styling tastes, budget, and celebration needs.
Present jewellery articles professionally, detailing gold purity benchmarks, stone quality, and exquisite craftsmanship.
Guide clients throughout their purchase journey to successfully close sales while fostering lasting relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while supporting the showroom’s overall targets.
Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, accurate counter inventory, and impeccable showroom aesthetics according to Tanishq guidelines.
