E-commerce Business Executive in Hyderabad

We hiring for our client who is in to Sustainable and eco-Friendly feminine hygiene products for their Hyderabad office. 

E-commerce Business Executive / E-commerce Business Head

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce professional who can take ownership of our existing e-commerce business with two primary objectives:

A. Stabilise the existing business

• Improve consistency and predictability of e-commerce sales.
• Analyse and improve marketplace performance.
• Improve margins and profitability.
• Ensure proper inventory availability and reduce stock-outs/overstocking.
• Improve product listings, pricing, promotions and conversion.
• Establish proper reporting, processes and controls.
• Identify and resolve operational issues affecting sales.

B. Expand and scale the business

• Develop and execute a clear e-commerce growth strategy.
• Increase sales across existing marketplaces and channels.
• Identify and develop new marketplaces, platforms and D2C opportunities.
• Expand product/category presence and geographical reach.
• Improve customer acquisition, conversion and repeat sales.
• Identify new growth opportunities and execute them commercially.
• Take ownership of revenue, margins and overall e-commerce performance.

We are therefore not looking for someone who is only an e-commerce operations manager. We need a hands-on business-oriented professional who can stabilise the current business while simultaneously building a roadmap for substantial growth.

Candidates with experience in e-commerce business management, marketplace management, P&L ownership, D2C, Amazon/Flipkart/other marketplaces, category management, growth and commercial operations would be relevant.
