Job Summary

WE’RE HIRING! We are actively seeking a proactive, highly organised, and customer-focused Micro Store Captain to lead daily retail tasks at our Gurgaon facility. In this role, you will be the absolute anchor of the outlet, managing everything from live inventory controls and visual product standards to seamless customer experiences.

This position is ideal for energetic professionals with at least a year of retail operations history, though highly skilled freshers looking to build an impactful career in retail management are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Store Management: Oversee and execute day-to-day boutique operations, maintaining premium store look-and-feel and quality benchmarks.
• Inventory & Stock Analysis: Monitor structural stock levels, conduct periodic inventory audits, maintain detailed records, and coordinate timely dispatches or replenishment loops.
• Merchandising & Layouts: Plan and arrange product displays to optimize footfall conversion and ensure absolute compliance with global brand themes.
• Client Engagement: Greet walk-ins, assist shoppers enthusiastically, manage billing lines, and handle customer queries or store updates with precision.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare clear daily sales updates and store track records using spread sheets, and liaise closely with the central corporate management team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Domain

Experience: 1+ year of core history working inside retail outlets, supermarket desks, apparel stores, or boutique environments.

• Communication: Highly confident interpersonal traits with clear Hindi and basic operational English communication capabilities.
• Software Knowledge: Functional comfort using basic MS Excel or Google Sheets to document everyday metrics.
• Core Traits: Detail-oriented layout planning, proactive leadership approach, high multi-tasking skills, and strong logical problem-solving attributes.
