📝 Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Telecom RF Technicians to support telecom network deployment, installation, and maintenance activities. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights and possess hands-on experience with telecom tower infrastructure, antenna systems, and equipment installation.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
✅ Install telecommunications cabling and equipment
✅ Install, relocate, and dismantle tower-mounted telecom equipment
✅ Perform tower climbing and work safely at heights on towers, poles, and masts
✅ Install antennas, feeders, RRUs, and related telecom equipment
✅ Erect and fix poles and mounting structures
✅ Install cable trays, conduits, antenna mounts, and accessories
✅ Provide power connectivity and basic electrical support for telecom equipment
✅ Follow all site safety guidelines and operational procedures
🎓 Qualifications
✔ Valid Work-at-Height Certification (FARM TOCLI / Rise-Q preferred)
✔ Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or the local language
✔ Basic understanding of telecom tower infrastructure and RF equipment
✔ Knowledge of tower climbing safety standards and practices

💼 Experience
✔ Minimum 6 Months Experience in Telecom Field Operations, RF Installation, Tower Maintenance, or a similar role preferred
