We are looking for enthusiastic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Officers to join our team in Gurgaon. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to grow their career in the Banking, BFSI, Home Loan, and Financial Services sector.
The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate with 0–5 years of experience in sales. Candidates with experience in Home Loans (HL), Banking, BFSI, or related financial products will be preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, approaching prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable products, and converting leads into successful sales. The candidate will also manage customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, maintain accurate sales records, and work towards achieving assigned business targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, customer-handling, and relationship-management skills are required. The candidate must have a two-wheeler and should be localized or familiar with the local market.
Salary: ₹2.60 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Lucrative Incentives.
