Job Description:            (Store / Dispatch & Logistics Executive)

Position:                             Store / Dispatch & Logistics Executive

Department:                      Store & Execution

Reporting to:                     Operations Manager / Production Head

 

Purpose of Role

To manage inventory accuracy, material movement, and dispatch coordination ensuring smooth flow between procurement, production, and customers.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records in BUSY ERP
• Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods
• Ensure FIFO / batch tracking

2. GRN & Documentation

• Entry of GRN in BUSY
• Verify invoice vs material quantity
• Maintain GRN register and inward records

3. Production Material Issue

• Issue material to production against approved requisition
• Update inventory movement in system
• Ensure no excess or unauthorized material issue

4. Dispatch Coordination

• Prepare Delivery Challans / GDN
• Coordinate with transporters
• Ensure correct packing & dispatch documentation

5. Stock Control

• Conduct weekly and monthly stock checks
• Identify shortage / damage / slow moving inventory

6. Logistics Planning

• Plan dispatch based on customer delivery schedule
• Coordinate with production and sales team
