Industry / Category: Retail Store Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: On-site / Standard Workplace Job Overview Diice pumps and Engineering soutions pvt ltd is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Store Executive to oversee store operations, sales growth, inventory management, and customer service standards at our retail store in Najafgarh, New Delhi, Delhi. Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the retail store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Ensure exceptional customer service standards, handle VIP clients, and resolve customer escalations. • Oversee inventory intake, daily stock audits, visual merchandising displays, and shrinkage control. • Supervise store billing, cash reconciliation, and POS digital payment transactions accurately. • Train and mentor new retail sales associates in customer greeting, upselling, and product knowledge. • Prepare daily store sales summaries, footfall reports, and operational logs for corporate management. Required Skills and Qualifications • Graduate in Any Stream or Diploma in Retail Management. • Proven retail store supervision or management experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or consumer electronics. • Strong commercial acumen, staff leadership, and sales motivation capabilities. • Exceptional customer communication, problem resolution, and grooming standards. • Proficiency in retail POS software, MS Excel, and inventory tracking tools. Preferred Candidate Profile • Candidates with experience in premium jewellery, apparel, or high-value retail stores. • Candidates residing in or near New Delhi able to oversee store opening and closing procedures.
