Job Description – Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹13,000–₹16,000 per month + attractive incentives (based on experience)

Job Summary

Child Suraksha Foundation is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our fundraising team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential donors, explaining the NGO’s charitable initiatives, encouraging donations, and building long-term relationships with supporters to help children in need.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

• Explain the foundation’s mission, activities, and fundraising campaigns.

• Encourage individuals to contribute towards child education, healthcare, and protection initiatives.

• Follow up with interested donors and secure donation commitments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, follow-ups, and promised donations.

• Update daily calling reports and achieve assigned fundraising targets.

• Handle donor queries professionally and build positive relationships.

• Coordinate with the fundraising team to improve campaign performance.

• Follow ethical fundraising practices and maintain donor confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of Kannada, English, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.

• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work towards daily and monthly targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates with telecalling, telesales, customer service, or fundraising experience are preferred.

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass / PUC / Any graduate.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Working Details

• Working hours: :9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• Working days: Monday to Saturday

• Compensation: ₹13,000–₹16,000 per month, depending on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives.

• Job type: Full-time, work from office.
