Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, assist with order-related queries, follow up on orders, and support the overall customer experience for our e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and follow-ups.

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Follow up on pending, delayed, or undelivered orders.

• Assist customers with product-related queries, pricing, and payment concerns.

• Coordinate with the delivery, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.

• Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up updates.

• Support sales activities through product recommendations and customer engagement.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

• Good follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Prior experience in e-commerce calling, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with e-commerce, D2C, online retail, or customer support experience will be preferred.

• Daily call productivity and customer reachability.

• Order confirmation and successful follow-up rates.

• Customer query resolution and satisfaction.

• Accuracy of call records and order updates.

• Achievement of assigned sales or customer service targets, where applicable.
