Telecaller (Gujarati Speaking)

Required Telecaller :-

• Language preferred : Gujarati, Marathi
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Customer order follow ups
• Responsible for the overall ratings and reviews of the products & service we sell on the daily basis.
• Maintaining records of each & every feedback and providing a prompt resolution.
• Regular follow ups with the customers until they get the resolution they seek.
• Encourage customer to post good reviews if they have really liked the products bought from us.
• Must be a good team player, Punctual with a positive attitude.
• Creating a best possible buying experience to the customers.
• Must have Computer Knowledge
• Soft spoken.
• Great tracking, recording, grasping, skills and fast learner.
• A good listener with an experience in query handling and should know how to handle an agitating customer.
• The candidate will be responsible for effectively establishing and maintaining a positive professional relationship with customers and management both verbally and in writing.
