Customer Care Executive / Customer Service Officer (BPO)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Promote banking or other client products to existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass (PUC) or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good communication skills.
• For some processes, knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, or English is preferred.
