Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Provide information about products and services.

Promote banking or other client products to existing customers.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility

12th Pass (PUC) or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Good communication skills.

For some processes, knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, or English is preferred.
