HR Recruiter- Female Location: Indore Experience: 1+ Year We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter- Female to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Handle multiple job profiles and recruitment requirements simultaneously. Ensure timely interview scheduling and profile closures. Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates regarding their selection process. Requirements 1+ year of recruitment experience Excellent verbal and written communication Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills Good interpersonal and convincing abilities Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
