We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter- Female to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Handle multiple job profiles and recruitment requirements simultaneously.

• Ensure timely interview scheduling and profile closures.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates regarding their selection process.

🔹 Requirements

✔ 1+ year of recruitment experience
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication
✔ Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills
✔ Good interpersonal and convincing abilities
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
