About the Role :We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to acquire new clients in the domains of IT Software Consulting and Development Services focused on Salesforce Implementations (Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud), AI Enablement and Cyber Security Services. The selected person will act as the face of the company and must possess the skills and experience to form and implement an effective business development and sales strategy. This is an International Sales position. Key Responsibilities : Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Develop and expand the portfolio of corporate clients through networking and marketing. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange and lead business meetings and presentations with prospective clients. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal through negotiation and closure. Analyse the latest market trends and closely track competitor activity. Promote the company's offerings, aligning them with client/prospect requirements. Prepare MIS reports, including records of sales, revenue, pipeline, and forecasts. Provide thoroughly researched feedback representing the voice of the market. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and grow the business by leveraging those relationships. Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue quotas. Coordinate with technical/delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover after deal closure. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
