We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from a Restaurant or Hotel background to manage HR operations for our existing and upcoming outlets in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and onboarding for all positions.

Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

Conduct training and employee engagement activities.

Support manpower planning for new outlet openings.

Coordinate with operations teams for smooth outlet launches.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.

Must have Restaurant, Hotel, or Hospitality industry experience.
