Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Graduate/Fresher SEO Executive to join our organic growth team. You will assist in improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and executing on-page and off-page optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

·         Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, low-competition search terms.

·         Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for on-page SEO.

·         Execute link-building activities and identify authoritative sites for backlink acquisition.

·         Identify technical site issues like broken links, slow page speeds, and indexing errors.

·         Monitor organic rankings and organic traffic metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Required Skills

·         Clear conceptual understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.

·         Excellent written communication skills for proofreading and optimizing text.

·         Basic familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

·         Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.

·         Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for sorting and analyzing data reports.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Graduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Information Technology, English, or related fields.

·         Certifications in SEO (Fundamentals, Technical, or Content) from Google, HubSpot, or Semrush.

·         Personal experience managing a blog or building a basic website is an advantage.
