Salary: Fix Upto ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience) +Ta+ Incentive

Reporting To: Team Leader

Role: Onboard food businesses onto the ONDC platform through field visits.

About the Role

 We are hiring Field Executives for a Government E-Commerce Merchant Onboarding Project. The role involves visiting local merchants and onboarding eligible businesses onto the platform. Candidates should be comfortable with field work, merchant interaction, market visits, and daily target-based operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

 ⠂ Visit restaurants, food outlets, and local businesses in assigned areas ⠂ Identify merchants already associated with platforms like Swiggy and Zomato ⠂ Explain platform onboarding benefits and process to merchants ⠂ Coordinate merchant registration and onboarding process ⠂ Collect required business details and documents ⠂ Ensure daily field activity reporting to the Team Leader ⠂ Achieve assigned onboarding targets within timelines ⠂ Maintain professional communication with merchants and internal teams

Eligibility Criteria

⠂ Minimum 12th Pass ⠂ Minimum 0-6 months experience in Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Field Operations ⠂ Good communication and convincing skills ⠂ Basic English understanding with proficiency in local language ⠂ Comfortable with extensive field travel and target-based work

Working Days & Timing

⠂ Monday to Saturday ⠂ 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile

 ⠂ Self-motivated and confident in field interaction ⠂ Ability to work independently in assigned territories ⠂ Prior experience in merchant onboarding or sales will be preferred ⠂ Candidates with local area knowledge will have an added advantage
