Qualification:
Minimum +2 pass (Higher Secondary)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidates most preferable
Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English (clear voice, polite tone)
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
Follow up with leads and schedule site visits
Provide accurate information and build trust with clients
Work Environment:
Office‑based telecalling for real estate projects
Training provided for scripts and customer handling

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate and enterprise sales opportunities.
- Deliver convincing product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
- Manage customer sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key business decision makers.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree with specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Proven track record in direct sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and executive presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures.
- Open source contributions.
