Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Profiles: Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals (like Pagaar India), social media, references, and databases.
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to evaluate candidates' English communication skills, stability, and cultural fit for International BPO processes.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face or virtual interviews between candidates and operations managers.
Line-up Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates daily to meet strict hiring targets for various BPO voice and non-voice campaigns.
Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of candidate tracking sheets, interview feedback, and status updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory).
Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfort using recruitment search tools.
Soft Skills: High energy levels, strong convincing skills, and a confident personality.
