As a Trainee Business/Data Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and engineering, transforming raw operational datasets into actionable executive insights.

You will work directly with department heads and product managers to map market trends, track functional metrics, design executive business intelligence dashboards, and build predictive operational models. Extensive corporate training on cloud data pipelines and advanced statistical models will be provided.

💰 Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (Commensurate with performance in the analytical evaluation and case study rounds)

·         Annual CTC: ₹9,60,000 to ₹12,00,000 P.A. + Performance Bonuses + Premium Corporate Medical Coverage

·         Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates who can successfully clear the technical panel and join within 0–10 days will be heavily prioritized)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Data Extraction & Architecture Operations

·         Write and execute structured, optimized SQL queries to extract raw operational or transactional datasets from relational and cloud data stores.

·         Perform thorough data cleaning, parsing, and preprocessing using Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R programming languages.

·         Identify, diagnose, and resolve data integrity discrepancies across disparate company databases.

2. Business Intelligence & Executive Dashboards

·         Translate static, raw company data into highly interactive, automated business dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

·         Track and visual key business health indicators (KPIs) such as customer lifetime value (LTV), acquisition costs (CAC), retention curves, and operational bottlenecks.

·         Present findings regularly to non-technical business stakeholders using clear, structured, and visually engaging slide decks.

3. Requirement Sourcing & Market Modeling

·         Coordinate across cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate complex business workflows into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

·         Apply fundamental statistical methods (such as A/B testing, regression models, hypothesis testing, and forecasting algorithms) to optimize marketing, supply chain, and financial performance.

·         Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to map changing market trends and highlight high-yield operational adjustments.

4. Agile Documentation & Maintenance

·         Maintain clear, standardized analytical logic sheets, data dictionaries, and metric definitions within internal documentation centers.

·         Participate actively in data design review boards, daily standup scrum alignments, and quarterly trend forecasting pipelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or related fields), MCA, M.Sc (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics), or an MBA in Business Analytics / Systems from a reputable institute.

·         Core Technical Skills: Flawless logical syntax in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Window functions) and baseline execution mechanics in Python or R.

·         Analytical Tooling: Exceptional, advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (Index-Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query). Basic hands-on familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

·         Aptitude: High deductive capability, exceptional data-storytelling aptitude, and the mental resilience to structure ambiguous business problems logically.

·         Communication: Fluent, precise, and highly confident verbal and written English communication skills.
