Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing team in Pune (Kothrud). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Data Modeling, DAX, ETL, and Dashboard Development. You will play a key role in transforming business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Business Intelligence solutions.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations.
• Create and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and MDX.
• Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Design and manage ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to generate business insights.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and user access controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics.
