Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Operations: Efficiently answer incoming customer calls professionally, representing India's leading banking service ecosystem.
• Banking Query Resolution: Provide highly accurate updates regarding retail bank accounts, standard transactions, digital platform navigation, and current service fees.
• Professional Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer complaints, professionally de-escalate account disputes, and secure excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Data Hygiene & Logging: Document customer conversation histories, service request triggers, and system logs clearly inside the central tracking CRM.
• Internal Coordination: Route high-priority banking issues or sensitive financial requests smoothly to the designated back-end banking branches or core support lines.

Required Skills & Eligibility Criteria

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in English paired with absolute fluency in any one regional language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu) are mandatory.
• Experience Level: Strictly open to Freshers Only. (Candidates with prior BPO experience looking for fresher tracks are welcome).
• Academic Criteria: Minimum PUC (12th Pass) or any Graduate degree holder is eligible for immediate banking payroll entry.
• Core Traits: Exceptional active listening traits, customer-first empathy, high numerical orientation, and a strong learning attitude.
