Job Description

- Prepare fresh dal kachori, khasta, and other snacks as per standard recipes.

- Make dough, stuffing, and fry products while maintaining consistent taste and quality.

- Ensure proper food presentation and freshness before serving.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area at all times.

- Follow food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

- Check the quality of ingredients before use and ensure proper storage.

- Manage stock of raw materials and report shortages on time.

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep it clean after use.

- Work efficiently during peak business hours and complete orders on time.

- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Maintain consistency in taste, size, texture, and quality of every batch.

- Be punctual, hardworking, honest, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
