Support day-to-day operations relating to Trade Finance & Working Capital products.
Assist corporate & wholesale customers with routine service requests and operational queries.
Conduct basic scrutiny and verification of trade and loan documents as per prescribed guidelines.
Support the issuance and processing of trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs).
Assist with loan disbursement activities and ensure the completion of all required documentation.
Coordinate with the Credit Administration, Documentation Unit, CMS, Clearing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
Track transactions and follow up on cases to ensure closure within defined turnaround times (TATs).
Escalate discrepancies, exceptions & operational issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Maintain records, trackers & MIS reports accurately and on time. Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance & regulatory guidelines.
Support customer-servicing initiatives with prompt, high-standard responses.
Perform other operational & administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
