We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Fresher to join our infrastructure team as a DevOps Engineer at our office in Sholinganallur, Chennai. Key Information
· Position: DevOps Engineer
· Experience: Freshers (0 - 1 year experience / Internship experience is a plus)
· Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (In-Office)
· Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7 days notice)
· Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month
· Annual Compensation (CTC): ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,40,000 Per Annum (6.0 LPA - 8.4 LPA)
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
· Support cloud infrastructure management and monitoring on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
· Help manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
· Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.
· Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline software deployment and release cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Operating Systems: Strong foundation in Linux/Unix administration and command-line interfaces.
· Cloud Knowledge: Basic conceptual knowledge or certification in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· CI/CD & Tools: Familiarity with tools like Git/GitHub, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
· Containers: Basic understanding of Docker containers and containerization concepts.
· Scripting: Basic proficiency in writing automation scripts using Python or Bash.
· Soft Skills: Quick learner, strong analytical mind, and excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
· Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical background.
