Job Summary

We are actively seeking a highly technical, strategic Lead Software Architect with 10 to 12 years of core development and engineering lifecycle experience to lead our systems architecture division in Noida. This hybrid role is designed for a seasoned technology leader who can bridge the gap between building distributed enterprise frameworks and executing modern web systems.

The ideal candidate must bring comprehensive expertise in .NET 6+ (C#, Web API), decoupled UI frameworks using React 18+ with TypeScript, advanced Microservices patterns, and cloud engineering on Microsoft Azure. Crucially, we want an adaptable leader who champions the daily use of AI engineering tools (such as Factory, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) to optimize architectural velocity and establish modern developer workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Blueprinting: Design and govern secure, distributed, high-performance microservices architectures utilizing clean coding principles and advanced system integration patterns.
• Full-Stack Development: Drive development operations by writing resilient backend systems in .NET 6+ and managing highly responsive frontends built on React 18+.
• Cloud & DevOps Governance: Architect native cloud deployments across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (App Services, serverless Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, and Blob Storage) while automating continuous pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• AI Tool Integration: Actively incorporate next-generation AI assistants (Factory, Copilot, Cursor) into daily coding cycles to set benchmarks for speed and engineering efficiency.
• Engineering Quality: Guide engineering divisions through advanced API designs, system benchmarking, performance tuning, structural debugging, and detailed automated unit/integration testing strategies.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional product management teams and technical stakeholders to steer technical roadmaps toward core business objectives.

Technical Skills Required

• Backend Frameworks: Comprehensive proficiency in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and distributed microservices infrastructure.
• Frontend Ecosystem: Extensive mastery in React 18+, TypeScript, performance optimization, and robust frontend state management systems.
• Cloud Architecture: Practical, multi-project execution history across the Microsoft Azure stack (APIM, cloud security configurations, and managed storage layers).
• AI Engineering Tools: Expert-level daily usage of next-generation code optimization tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Factory.
• CI/CD & Testing: Git workflow architecture, Azure DevOps automation, GitHub Actions, and scalable test automation suites (xUnit/NUnit/Jest).

Qualifications & Attributes

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.
• 10–12 years of hands-on software delivery history with a minimum of 2–3 years in an explicit technical lead or software architect position.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, system design mapping, and leadership traits.
• Must be an Immediate Joiner capable of onboarding on short notice.
