Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
* Generate quality leads through platforms
* Manage online promotions and marketing activities for real estate projects.
* Create and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and marketing effectiveness.
* Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
* Manage social media presence and improve brand visibility.
* Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
* Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and paid marketing campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing.

* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
