Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Agency in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase customer engagement, and improve conversions.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing tools, audience segmentation, campaign automation, A/B testing, email template creation, analytics, and CRM integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Design responsive email templates using HTML or drag-and-drop builders.
• Build and manage subscriber lists.
• Segment audiences based on demographics and user behavior.
• Schedule promotional, transactional, and newsletter campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Optimize email deliverability and sender reputation.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and spam regulations.
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams.
• Generate campaign reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain CRM and email databases.
• Implement marketing automation workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and tools.
