We are hiring motivated and energetic Graduate Freshers to join our dynamic team at our premium branch in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. As a Finance & Banking Associate, you will be responsible for client acquisition, promoting financial products, and managing customer relationships to drive growth for the organization.

💰 Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Depending on interview performance)

·         Annual CTC: ₹3,20,000 to ₹4,5,0000 P.A. + Performance-based incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·         Educate corporate and retail walk-in clients about banking products (Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Demat Accounts, Wealth Products).

·         Drive sales through cold calling, corporate visits, and referencing within the premium BKC hub.

·         Cross-sell financial services to existing bank customers to maximize revenue.

·         Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strict compliance with banking regulations (KYC, RBI norms).

·         Provide exceptional post-sales customer support to maintain strong client relationships.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: Any Graduate / MBA Freshers (Finance/Marketing specialization is a big plus).

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

·         Strong desire to build a fast-tracked career in banking sales and wealth management.

·         Highly goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards target achievement.
