Industry / Category: Fitness & Wellness Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: On-site / Standard Workplace Job Overview VMC The Mission Nutrition is hiring an energetic and certified Fitness Trainer to conduct personal fitness training, dietary counseling, and health coaching at our wellness center in Palam, New Delhi, Delhi. You will inspire clients to reach their fitness, strength, and nutritional goals. Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial fitness assessments, body composition analyses, and understand client health objectives. • Design customized workout routines, strength training programs, and nutritional lifestyle guidance. • Guide clients on correct exercise techniques, posture alignment, and gym equipment safety. • Monitor client progress, track workout milestones, and provide continuous motivational encouragement. • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safe functioning of all gym and wellness equipment. • Promote wellness memberships, health supplements, and personal coaching packages. Required Skills and Qualifications • Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training (CPT), Sports Science, or Nutrition. • Passion for physical wellness, bodybuilding, functional training, or dietetics. • Energetic, inspiring personality with excellent interpersonal and client communication skills. • Knowledge of human anatomy, injury prevention, and basic first aid / CPR. • High standard of personal fitness and healthy lifestyle modeling. Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience working in reputed fitness clubs, gym studios, or wellness clinics. • Candidates living in or near Palam, New Delhi, Delhi ready for flexible shift hours.
