As a Trainee Full Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between user experience and backend logic. You will work alongside senior software architects to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications and robust enterprise software platforms.

💰 Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month (Commensurate with performance in the technical coding and system design rounds)

·         Annual CTC: ₹7,20,000 to ₹9,60,000 P.A. + Performance-linked annual bonuses + Premium Corporate Medical Coverage

·         Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates who can successfully clear the technical panel and join within 0–10 days will be heavily prioritized)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development & UI/UX Implementation

·         Translate wireframes, Figma designs, and conceptual mockups into highly responsive, interactive, and visually stunning web interfaces.

·         Write semantic, clean, and modular frontend components using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

·         Ensure full cross-browser compatibility, responsive mobile layouts, and optimal client-side loading performance.

2. Backend Engineering & Logic Architecture

·         Design and build robust, high-performance web application backends and server-side services using architectures like Node.js (Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java (Spring Boot).

·         Develop, secure, and maintain high-efficiency RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for smooth frontend-backend integration.

·         Handle business logic, secure authentication layers (JWT, OAuth), validation rules, and caching mechanisms.

3. Database Administration & Optimization

·         Design structural database schemas and maintain data integrity across relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) database systems.

·         Write, debug, and optimize complex queries, indexes, and data aggregation pipelines to ensure high speed and low latency.

4. Testing, Version Control & DevOps Support

·         Conduct systematic Unit Testing and Integration Testing using modern testing libraries (Jest, Mocha, Postman) to deliver bulletproof production code.

·         Isolate, trace, and debug complex software errors and performance bottlenecks reported by QA teams or monitoring tools.

·         Manage code seamlessly using Git version control environments (GitHub / GitLab).

·         Gain initial exposure to DevOps pipelines by supporting application containerization (Docker) and cloud services infrastructure integration (AWS / Azure).

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics), MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), or specialized Post Graduate tech degree holders.

·         Core Technical Skills: Solid conceptual clarity in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), JavaScript/ES6 fundamentals, data binding, and synchronous/asynchronous programming states.

·         Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong fundamental understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), algorithmic complexity, and efficient data processing methods.

·         Tools Familiarity: Exposure to development utilities such as VS Code, Node Package Manager (NPM), Postman API testing, and terminal/command-line operations.

·         Mindset: Sharp logical reasoning, an aggressive capacity to learn new frameworks quickly, and a persistent problem-solving disposition under tight release sprints.
