The selected candidate will ensure accurate computer data entry, document management, spreadsheet maintenance, and smooth day-to-day office coordination. Key Responsibilities • Input, verify, and update numerical and textual data into company databases, ERP portals, and Microsoft Excel sheets. • Transcribe handwritten documents, application forms, or digital notes with high speed and zero typing errors. • Perform routine data cleansing, deduplication, and file formatting to maintain data integrity. • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, invoice archives, and office administrative paperwork. • Assist administrative managers with routine report compilation, email correspondences, and document printing. • Maintain strict confidentiality of company records, candidate details, and proprietary business documents. Required Skills and Qualifications • 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any field. • Strong computer typing speed (30+ WPM) in English and/or Hindi with high accuracy. • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email communication. • High attention to detail with an ability to spot discrepancies in numbers and records. • Open to all sincere candidates with good computer knowledge.
