Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Efficiently handle international customer queries, account troubleshooting, and service configurations through professional phone calls or text chats in English.
• Product Advisory: Provide highly accurate information regarding cross-border orders, service updates, package features, and company logistics guidelines.
• Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer complaints, systematically resolve order delays or cancellation flows, and ensure high first-contact resolution (FCR) indices.
• CRM Reporting: Maintain clean databases by accurately logging customer conversation logs, system update timelines, and case status changes within the tracking software.
