The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international customers, identifying printer-related issues, and converting customer inquiries into annual technical support subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers regarding printer support and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose customer requirements and recommend suitable printer support subscription plans.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell annual maintenance and technical support subscriptions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer information.
• Follow international sales processes and company quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in International BPO Sales, Technical Support Sales, or Subscription Sales.
• Experience in Printer Support, Technical Sales, Antivirus Sales, or Inbound Sales Process.
• Excellent verbal communication and sales closing skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of printers, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in International Voice Process, Technical Sales, or Customer Support preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
