As a Trainee Java Developer, you will work closely with senior software architects and system engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade backend systems, microservices, and web-based applications.

💰 Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month (Commensurate with performance in the technical coding rounds)

·         Annual CTC: ₹4,80,000 to ₹7,20,000 P.A. + Performance-linked annual bonuses + Comprehensive Medical Insurance

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Software Backend Development & Coding

·         Write clean, secure, scalable, readable, and highly maintainable application logic using Java 8 or higher.

·         Assist senior engineers in building robust, high-performance web applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate frameworks.

·         Understand business requirements and transform conceptual software flowcharts into executable Java source code.

2. Database Integration & API Design

·         Design, develop, and integrate secure RESTful Web Services / APIs for seamless internal and external data communication.

·         Write, debug, and optimize structured SQL and NoSQL database queries using platforms like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

·         Ensure structural data integrity, proper transactional mapping, and efficient handling of backend server databases.

3. Bug Hunting, Testing & Debugging

·         Conduct comprehensive Unit Testing (using JUnit or Mockito) and integration testing to ensure code reliability and execution stability.

·         Actively diagnose, isolate, and debug software glitches, performance bottlenecks, and runtime errors discovered during quality checks.

·         Participate in peer code reviews to understand internal production coding standards and improve optimization skills.

4. Version Control & Agile Collaboration

·         Manage source code systematically using Git version control repositories (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket).

·         Collaborate actively inside agile software sprints, contributing value to daily stand-up scrum meetings and product deployment discussions.

·         Draft detailed and easy-to-understand technical documentation for new software features and backend architectures.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics), MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), or specialized Post Graduate IT degree holders.

·         Core Technical Skills: Flawless conceptual clarity in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Java Syntax, Multi-threading, Exception Handling, Collections Framework, and basic Memory Management.

·         Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong fundamental understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and algorithmic efficiency calculations.

·         Tools & IDEs: Basic exposure to development tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, or Postman.

·         Mindset: Sharp logical reasoning, quick adaptability to unfamiliar technology stacks, and a persistent problem-solving attitude under tight delivery cycles.
