Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operation Manager for a leading Plastic Moulding Manufacturing Company located in Kundli, Sonipat. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Injection Moulding, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Plant Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Team Management. Candidates from Delhi NCR with a proven manufacturing background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant operations and production activities.
• Oversee Injection Moulding and PPC functions.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Optimize machine utilization and production efficiency.
• Lead production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production costs.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Coordinate with supply chain and dispatch teams.
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis.
