Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Work From Home HR Recruiters to manage Delivery Boy Hiring across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi, the ability to source candidates, and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process. Candidates with experience in blue-collar hiring, delivery hiring, or recruitment are preferred, while freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen delivery boy candidates.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate document verification and onboarding.
• Achieve daily hiring and joining targets.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure timely candidate closures.
