Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, agile, and detail-oriented Media professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our fast-paced media team in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage end-to-end media operations, coordinate content production pipelines, oversee multi-channel distributions, and track audience engagement metrics to expand our digital and broadcasting presence.

Key Responsibilities

·         Plan, schedule, and oversee content calendars across OTT, digital, and social media platforms.

·         Coordinate directly with video editors, scriptwriters, and designers to ensure high-quality production standards.

·         Monitor live media feeds, track platform delivery compliance, and resolve formatting bottlenecks.

·         Analyze audience engagement trends and traffic data using digital analytics dashboards.

·         Assist in managing vendor relations, production budgets, and client-facing media briefs.

·         Supervise post-production timelines to ensure asset deliveries match strict publishing deadlines.

Required Skills

·         Deep working knowledge of digital media formats, aspect ratios, and compression workflows.

·         Strong familiarity with social media distribution mechanics (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite).

·         Conceptual understanding of post-production software (Adobe Creative Suite workflows).

·         Stellar verbal and written communication skills to handle high-profile media partners.

·         Excellent multitasking abilities under tight broadcasting or release timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or Filmmaking.

·         1 to 3 years of stable corporate experience inside a media house, production agency, or OTT platform.

·         Prior experience handling content management systems (CMS) or digital asset distribution pipelines.
