Key
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers
regarding printer support and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose customer requirements and recommend suitable
printer support subscription plans.
- Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales
opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell annual maintenance and technical
support subscriptions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high
customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update
customer information.
- Follow international sales processes and company
quality standards.
Required
Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in International BPO Sales,
Technical Support Sales, or Subscription Sales.
- Experience in Printer Support, Technical Sales,
Antivirus Sales, or Inbound Sales Process.
- Excellent verbal communication and sales closing
skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of printers, computer hardware,
networking, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
approach.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process,
Technical Sales, or Customer Support preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
