Key Responsibilities

• Daily Store Operations: Assist the store manager in running day-to-day retail activities, unlocking outlet potential, and maintaining high shop floor standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Greet walk-ins warmly, understand customer choices, recommend matching styles, and deliver an excellent, elite shopping experience.
• Sales & Product Demonstrations: Support active store sales plans, pitch product benefits (comfort, material, sizing), and seamlessly close billing transactions.
• Inventory & Display Upkeep: Maintain eye-catching product display visual merchandising, monitor stock balances, handle dispatches, and conduct routine inventory counts.
• Store Functioning: Coordinate floor tasks efficiently, manage cash/digital payment billing queries, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Retail Background: Proven hands-on track record working as a counter sales executive, store helper, or assistant inside apparel, lifestyle, or footwear showrooms.
• Communication Suite: Polite, clear, and highly convincing verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (basic conversational English is a big plus).
• Customer Management: Ability to manage rush-hour footfall patiently, handle pushbacks gracefully, and sustain a high customer retention mindset.
• Operational Attributes: Proactive attitude, strong analytical multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and a highly positive learning layout.
