Role Overview

We are seeking brilliant, highly analytical, and tech-savvy Graduate & Post Graduate Freshers to join our engineering and IT infrastructure team in Andheri East, Mumbai. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and system architects to design, build, test, and maintain robust software applications and scalable IT environments.

💰 Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹45,000 to ₹70,000 per month (Commensurate with technical test performance)

·         Annual CTC: ₹5,40,000 to ₹8,40,000 P.A. + Performance Bonuses + Medical Insurance

·         Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates who can clear the technical rounds and join within 0–10 days will be prioritized)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development & Coding

·         Write clean, scalable, readable, and highly maintainable code across software application layers.

·         Assist in backend development (Python, Java, Node.js, or .NET) and front-end implementation (React, Angular, or Vue.js) depending on project allocation.

·         Develop, test, and maintain robust Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services.

2. Database Management & Optimization

·         Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL and NoSQL database queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

·         Ensure data integrity, system security, and basic data pipeline efficiency under the guidance of senior database administrators.

3. System Testing, Debugging & QA

·         Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and bug tracking to ensure application reliability.

·         Diagnose, debug, and resolve software bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system errors reported by users or QA testers.

4. IT Operations & Cloud Infrastructure Support

·         Assist the DevOps team with deployment pipelines, version control management (Git, GitHub, GitLab), and basic cloud services operations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

·         Monitor system health logs, network performance, and software operational states to ensure maximum uptime.

5. Agile Collaboration & Documentation

·         Participate actively in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and technical design reviews.

·         Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for internal codebase architectures, system features, and deployment procedures.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics), MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), or specialized Post Graduate IT degree holders.

·         Programming Concepts: Mastery over at least one core programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript) and foundational Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.

·         Core Concepts: Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Relational Databases (DBMS).

·         Tools Familiarity: Basic exposure to Git, command-line interfaces (Linux/Unix environments), and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like VS Code or IntelliJ.

·         Mindset: Exceptional logic, analytical aptitude, quick adaptation to new programming frameworks, and a strong problem-solving disposition under tight release cycles.
