One of my clients in Shindewadi whihc is from IT Hardware industry is looking for Store Manager Please find the other details:

We are seeking an 8+ years of experienced and motivated Store incharge to join our Store team. The

candidate will play a key role in to ensure efficient store operations through strong team management,

accurate inventory control, and continuous process improvement. This job also includes managing team,

creating a positive & accountable environment.

Qualifications

 Education: Graduate

 Experience: Proven experience (8 + years) in store

 Technical Skills: Knowledge about ERP system and Expert in MS Office suite.

 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and

build relationships.

 Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop strong relationships with

internal stakeholders and candidates.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

1. You should be willing to join at Shindewadi

2. Their weekly off is on Thursday

3. Immediate joiner would be preferred

4. Should be willing to join hardware/networking/recycling of metals industry

5. You should be able to manage a team of 10 members. Team handling experience is a must

6. You should have leadership qualities

7. You should have a logical approach in solving the situations

8. Candidates from Manufacturing industry only would be considered.
