Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales – Inbound Executive to handle inbound customer inquiries, understand technical requirements and recommend suitable IT products, services or solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, inbound sales, IT support, technical customer service or a related field. Candidates must have good technical troubleshooting knowledge and should be comfortable working with MS Config, netstat commands/events, remote support tools and basic Windows troubleshooting.

The candidate will be responsible for converting qualified inbound leads into customers while providing accurate technical information and coordinating with internal technical teams whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical sales inquiries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical products or services.
• Explain technical solutions clearly to customers in simple business language.
• Identify customer issues and provide initial technical guidance.
• Generate and qualify inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Convert qualified technical inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with technical/support teams for complex customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits and technical specifications.
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales coordination.
• Document customer requirements and technical issues.
• Use remote support tools when required for customer assistance.
• Troubleshoot basic Windows/network-related issues.

Must-Have Technical Knowledge

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, IT Sales, Inbound Sales, Technical Support or IT-enabled services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and sales-conversion skills.
• Technical troubleshooting knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates available in Gurgaon, Delhi or Noida are preferred.

Salary

₹35,000–₹50,000 per month

Annual CTC: ₹4.20 LPA–₹6.00 LPA

Final compensation may depend on experience, technical skills, communication ability and interview performance.
